We also use Check Central for reporting to our customers, but when a platform (such as N-Able Cove Data Protection) reports that a job is still running, it appears in our results as failed. This happens because of how we build the check rules. However, it would be nice to have an optional fourth status with separate conditions. In our case, we could mark that status as <i>Still running</i> or something similar.
