<div class="Text">We're very excited to announce that you can now configure an Autotask Workflow + Extension Callout to have CheckCentral mark your Check as successful if the ticket gets closed on the Autotask side!</div>

<div class="Text">In CheckCentral, you can view the URL you'll need, plus the instructions on how to configure Autotask, at the bottom of the configuration dialog for the Autotask ticketing channel:</div>

<div class="AC"><div class="Text"><div class="ImageBoxSmall" style="max-width:600px"><a href="https://www.checkcentral.cc/Discussions/Download/?ID=019d9789-a2b1-70f4-b2f5-ee4c988e61cb" target="_blank" data-fancybox="DiscussionPost:019d9789-a265-7767-840b-68840abdeeaa" data-caption=""><img src="https://www.checkcentral.cc/Discussions/Download/?ID=019d9789-a2b1-70f4-b2f5-ee4c988e61cb" alt="" title="" style="max-height:500px"></a></div></div></div>

<div class="Text">To get to the dialog above, navigate to Services > External Ticketing, then open the Edit dialog for your Autotask ticketing channel, or add a new Autotask ticketing channel if you don't already have one configured. Follow the steps listed there to configure an Extension Callout in Autotask, then configure a Workflow to call that Extension Callout when a ticket is closed.</div>

<div class="Text">We hope this feature will help you streamline your workflow and cut down on administrative work! This new feature is available across all paid subscription plans.
