On the Users tab, you can add the customer and choose the "Custom" option for the permissions. You can then go to Checks > Check Groups, click a group to edit it, and add that customer as a "Read-Only" user on the Check Group. They'll only see the checks in that group when they login.

We monitor backups for a number of companies, grouped by contract type and backup type (not customer), and would love to be able to have a daily report (probably not individual failure/warning emails) for certain checks only go to a user with read-only access to log in and view status of their backups only.
