There isn't a way to automatically sort them alphabetically, but if you click the "Manage Checks" link on the Dashboard, you can manually drag the groups to re-arrange them using the drag handle next to the group name. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Will that work for you, or would you still like to see an automatic mode?
