We have a backup if it cant connect it will continue to try every 20 minutes for a 24 hour period, so we can end up with 100+ failure checks showing within Check Central. We would like to combine all of these into 1 check showing us the latest status within the 24 hour period.
Eg: 120 failures within 24 hours shows 1 Failure Status
Or 119 failures then 1 success in the last within 24 hours shows the 1 status as Success.
There isn't currently a way to do that, but we do have something like this on our feature request list. I've added your info to it, and we'll definitely let you know if/when we're able to implement it.
