We have 2 admins within our organization.
But a lot of other colleagues with less rights.
However, if we check the checkmark by the notifications for Unmatched Messages they don’t get the mail. I can see that they don’t have the rights to click it in the dashboard, but it would be nice if they get the mail so we can take action on it.
The current way this works is to prevent users restricted to a check group from seeing incoming messages that may be intended for a different check group.
We may add a way to give custom users permissions to unmatched messages in a future update though. I've added your info to the open issue for that and if we're able to add it, we'll be sure to let you know.

We've just deployed an update that now lets you give access to unmatched messages for users that otherwise wouldn't have access to them (read-only, or custom users). You can enable it in the user's Edit dialog.
As mentioned before, this will allow them to see all unmatched messages, even ones that are not intended for the check groups that they have permissions on.
