Hi Chris, we don't currently offer annual subscription plans, but that is something we are considering for 2015. You are correct about the definition of a check, it is one thing that you want to be alerted on. For example, if you had 5 servers and each server sends a free space notification every night you could set it up 2 ways. You can setup one check per server (5 checks total) and have each server send it's notification to a unique check. Or you could setup one check and have all the servers send their notifications to that single check. If you need any assistance in setting up your checks, or have any questions about the best way to set them up, please don't hesitate to contact our support at support@checkcentral.cc. Thanks!

We're still working on a proper implementation for annual subscriptions, but for now, we can set one up manually for you. Please email us at support@binaryfortress.com to let us know you'd like to switch to an annual subscription and we'll get you all setup :)

Thanks!
