  • Added an "Asset ID" text field to checks that you can use to link assets in some external ticketing systems.
  • It's now possible to importing customers as check groups from some PSAs, and have tickets auto-linked to customers based on the check group name. This feature is currently opt-in for testing. If you would like to try it out, please contact us for more details.
