Announcing the Brand New CheckCentral iOS App!

December 6, 2023
We're very excited to introduce the brand new CheckCentral app for iOS. The app has been re-written from scratch and includes several improvements over the previous version:
  • Fully supports both light and dark mode.
  • Activity body text is now viewable directly in the app.
  • Tapping on a push notification now takes you straight to the body text of the activity that triggered the notification.
  • The dashboard can be filtered by status by tapping the traffic light icons, just like on the full desktop site.
  • The dashboard can be filtered by text using a built-in search box.
  • Reports can now be viewed and downloaded through the app.
We would like to invite everyone to try out the new CheckCentral app for iOS today. If you have any feedback, issues, or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We are excited to announce the addition of 4me as an External Ticketing integration in CheckCentral. Once configured, CheckCentral will automatically open tickets in 4me for failed Checks. To configure 4me as an External Ticketing integration:
  • Login to CheckCentral and navigate to your Dashboard.
  • On the top menu, click Notifications > External Ticketing Systems.
  • Click "Add Ticketing System" and choose 4me.
  • Follow the instructions in the 4me dialog to configure the integration.
  • Be sure to click the "Manage" button next to "Checks and Default Groups" in the 4me configuration to choose which Checks the 4me integration should be enabled for.

New Report Type: Weekly Status

November 21, 2023
We're excited to announce that we've added a new "Weekly Status" report type. This report shows the status history for your checks for the last 7 days (from the day the report was run). If there are multiple activities on the same day for a check, the report will show the "worst" status for that day.

Now Available: Billing in Local Currency!

November 7, 2023
We're very happy to announce that you can now have your CheckCentral subscription billed in your local currency, instead of US dollars. Our payment processor will handle the conversion from USD to your local currency so that your bank won't bill you a foreign exchange fee.
To update your existing subscription to bill in local currency, navigate to Organization > Subscription, then click the "Change Billing Currency" link, and follow the steps there to change to the currency you'd like to get billed in.
