Statistics Report Improvements: Multi-select checks, check groups, and labels

We're very excited to announce that it's now possible to select multiple checks, check groups, and labels to include in the Statistics report type. Selecting checks and check groups in the tree view will determine the checks to include. If you also select one or more labels, the selected checks will be filtered by those labels.

Report Improvements: New Time Frames Available

We're very excited to announce that there are now time frames available for reports that use them (e.g. Statistics Reports) that will include all data for the last full day/week/month. This will allow you to easily create a scheduled report that will give you all of the data from time frames like Monday-Sunday for the previous week, or first-last day for the previous month.

Note that you can also now choose which day is considered the "first" day of the week in your organization settings. This setting can be found in Organization > Settings > Formatting.

Mobile App Improvements: Collapse/Expand All Groups and Custom Dashboards

We're happy to announce that the latest version of the Android and iOS CheckCentral mobile apps now allow you to collapse and expand all groups, and also let you view custom dashboards!
To collapse or expand all groups, tap the 3 dots on the top-right of the app:

We're very excited to announce that all of our sites now allow you to toggle between light mode and dark mode! All pages, including logged in pages like CheckCentral Dashboards and CloudShow Device lists support the new dark mode toggle.

New Feature: New Ticketing Alert Management Options

We're happy to announce that we've just deployed a new update that allows your CheckCentral organization administrators to get notified if CheckCentral fails to create a ticket for a failed check.
To enable this option:
  • Go to Services > External Ticketing Systems
  • Click the edit button for your ticketing system
  • Near the bottom of the configuration window, enable the "Send notification to organization admins on ticket creation failure" option
  • Click Save

Announcing the Brand New CheckCentral iOS App!

We're very excited to introduce the brand new CheckCentral app for iOS. The app has been re-written from scratch and includes several improvements over the previous version:
  • Fully supports both light and dark mode.
  • Activity body text is now viewable directly in the app.
  • Tapping on a push notification now takes you straight to the body text of the activity that triggered the notification.
  • The dashboard can be filtered by status by tapping the traffic light icons, just like on the full desktop site.
  • The dashboard can be filtered by text using a built-in search box.
  • Reports can now be viewed and downloaded through the app.
